Employees will prep orders for customers for several hours a day. Employees will stock and clean prep station throughout the shift.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Prep all menu items
• Restock line items as needed throughout the shift
• General cleaning and sanitation at your station
• Dishwashing or other cleaning tasks required
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Must have valid TABC certificate ( Wylie, Haltom City, Saginaw, Friendly’s)
• Cook all menu items
• Follow all recipes
• Plus Line prep description
• Keeping Warmer Stocked
• Maintaining / keeping warmer stocked
• Making sure all uncooked food is being rotated out un cooked or cooked.
Requirements of the Cook
· Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching
· Able to stand and be active for extended periods which may be at least 8 hours per shift
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must be able to withstand heat from hot grills
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
· Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs. frequently
· Must be able to read and understand food orders
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
