Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Recruiting Coordinator to be the next building block of our talent acquisition team.

The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will play a crucial role in the hiring process by ensuring that the recruitment process runs efficiently. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by managing coordination between candidates and hiring leaders. This role involves maintaining recruitment campaigns, organizing interviews, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other HR support personnel to streamline the hiring process and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Address candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to maintain engagement and provide feedback where applicable.
  • Track the progress of candidates through various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company website, and social media.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and recommend changes to improve candidate attraction.
  • Ensure that all job postings are compliant with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and open houses.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating start dates, orientation sessions, and necessary documentation for new hires.
  • Ensure that new hires receive a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to address any onboarding-related issues.
  • Generate recruitment reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all candidate information is managed with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations related to recruitment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking system and other HR software tools.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data analysis, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments where many positions are filled within short timeframes.
  • Understanding of basic employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) and data protection.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, where adaptability and agility are key.

WORK LOCATION
Onsite – In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment.
