Non-profit Finance Manager

Administrative Offices

Forty Carrots Family Center is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage established financial and operational processes, systems, and internal controls. The position will be responsible for processing accounts payable/receivable transactions, managing vendor quoting and invoices, monthly reconciliations, data entry and reporting.  The Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO.  Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience) with at least three (3) years of relevant experience. The position requires proficient knowledge of accounting principles and practices; advanced knowledge of Excel and use of spreadsheets; general office and administrative skills; excellent organization and attention to detail; as well as proficient analytical and communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks Online and Salesforce is preferred. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000/year plus competitive insurance benefits, retirement match, and paid time off.
