Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lunch Shift Crew Member at Wendy's. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving delicious food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Shift Time: Between 10:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare food items according to Wendy's standards and recipes

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning kitchen equipment

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist team members in completing tasks as needed

- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations

 
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Availability to work between 10:30am - 5:00pm, including weekends and holidays
