Managers support and ensure that the restaurant operates within Jack Allen's Kitchen guidelines, while meeting/exceeding sales and profitability objectives. The manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a specific department(s) within the restaurant including the selection, development, and performance management of restaurant team members, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service.
Passion for being a part of the local community and utilizing local farmers whenever possible.
Proven ability to develop a team.
Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
