The Executive Chef is responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high quality, great tasting food, proper food safety, sanitation procedures and profitability. The executive chef contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of superior team member and guest experience. The executive chef supports the culinary development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant and the development of all their kitchen team is an ongoing process.
Job Requirement
Proven success as head of kitchen operations with 5 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest experience.
Proven ability to develop and lead a team.
Knowledge of culinary systems, restaurant processes and a high standard.
Ability to assimilate into a culture of people first, hospitality and interdependence.
Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression.
Passion for being part of the local community and utilizing local farms whenever possible.
