Job Responsibilities: As an Escape Room Specialist at Shenaniganz, you'll be the mastermind behind the excitement, guiding our guests through thrilling escape room experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Escape Room Hosting: Greet and guide guests through challenging and immersive escape room adventures.
• Customer Interaction: Create a welcoming environment, provide instructions, hints, and encouragement to enhance the guest experience.
• Puzzle Coordination: Ensure puzzles are well-maintained, challenging, and reset for the next group of participants.
• Team Coaching: Guide groups through challenges, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Upsell Opportunities: Showcase our other fantastic attractions and services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications: We're looking for someone with a passion for puzzles and creating memorable experiences. Qualifications include:
