Job Responsibilities:
As a Birthday Coordinator at Shenaniganz, you will be the maestro behind creating magical moments for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Booking and Scheduling: Coordinate with our clients to book and schedule birthday parties, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning process.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the execution of birthday parties, from setup to the final celebration. Make sure everything runs smoothly and according to the client's wishes.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their party preferences and requirements. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or special requests.
- Creative Input: Bring your creative flair to the table! Propose innovative ideas for party themes, decorations, and activities to make each celebration unique.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure all aspects of the party, including catering, entertainment, and decorations, are well-coordinated.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
