Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our esteemed team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about food, cocktails and spirits, and creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep knowledge of beverages, service and a love of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service and an elevated guest experience
• Assist the company’s Beverage Director to facilitate beverage standards, seasonal cocktail changes and staff training
• Assist with product orders and monthly inventory
• Handle guest relations, resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Foster a team-oriented culture that promotes professionalism, accountability, and a passion for hospitality
• Support on the floor with service, including tableside carving, flambé dessert presentations, and delivering food and drinks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining setting
• Strong background in bar management and/or bartending and service management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost control
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and hospitality technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay $80,000-85,000/year DOE
