Duties:

• placing orders,
• setting staff schedule
• administering disciplinary action if necessary,
• daily/weekly/monthly reporting- including inventory,
• setting coherent menu to coincide with inventory usage,
• Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

General Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 35lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
