Jack Allen’s Kitchen is looking for detail orientated and passionate people to join our local high-volume concept.

The expeditor is the main communication link with the kitchen. The expeditor's major responsibility is quality control. They coordinate tickets and garnish and tray entrees. Expeditors need a thorough understanding of our food and an eye for detail.
