Remote Customer Service Representative- Healthcare (TX Residents only)
MUST HAVE: 2 years of medical customer service, patient account resolution, insurance call center experience

Responsibilities of our Patient Experience Specialists include:
1. Communicating with patients to help them resolve their healthcare accounts
2. Solving issues, setting payment expectations, arranging payments, and requesting information from patients
3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of medical customer service, patient account resolution, and insurance call center experience
- Strong customer service experience demonstrating compassion and concern
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving, and research skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task routinely
- Professional presentation/appearance/demeanor
- Demonstrated stable work history
Preferences
- CUBS computer system experience
- Prior remote call center experience
