Move Coordinator - Corporate Relocation & Int'l Mobility

Jacksonville, Florida

The Role

Move Masters Move Coordinator - 
support our growing portfolio of corporate relocation and mobility solutions. The ideal candidate brings expertise managing national accounts and a solid understanding of international move coordination. This role is key in delivering a seamless experience for our clients, from planning through final delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate domestic and international household goods moves for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and timely experience from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transferees, client contacts, service partners, and internal teams
  • Manage end-to-end move logistics, including documentation, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific relocation policies and support tailored mobility solutions
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain visibility, accountability, and service consistency throughout the move process
  • Other projects and duties as necessary

What You’ll Need
 

  • Experience in corporate relocation or global mobility services, including direct coordination with transferees and service partners
  • Working knowledge of national account management; international household goods (HHG) coordination experience is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple moves and timelines with attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities
  • Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Familiarity with industry software or CRMs (Move Management platforms, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a changing environment
