Certex USA LLC. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our multi-brand marketing strategy.

Essential Functions:
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of product brand strategies for our portfolio of rigging equipment brands.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product launches, pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Marketing Channel Management: Manage and optimize marketing channels, including email, CRM, website, social media, and trade shows.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior experience in the construction, equipment, industrial or material handling is preferred
- Experience managing acquisition marketing preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product brand management
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for an hour or more, speak, hear, stand, walk, stoop, squat, bend and/or kneel.
- Verbally communicate detailed information to others either by phone or in person.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Required to use hands with substantial movement (motions) of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.
Pay rate and Provisions:
- Pay Range is $80K-$90K per year (depending on experience)
