Dependents

Overview

The Dependents page tracks employee child, spouse and other dependents.

Fields

•      Last Name – The last name of the  dependent.

•      First Name – The first name of the dependent.

•      Middle Name – The middle name of the dependent.

•      Relationship – The relation of the dependent to the employee.  Can be one of Child, Spouse or Other.  The dependent relationship is important if you are utilizing the Insurance tab that has different rates based on which types of dependents are covered by the plan.

•      Birth Date – The birth date of the dependent.

•      Telephone – The telephone number of the dependent.

•      Address – The address of the dependent.
