Overview

The Emergency Contacts page tracks the contacts that should be contacted or notified in case of an emergency situation arises for the employee while at work.

 

Fields

•      Contact Name – The name of the emergency contact.

•      Relationship – The relationship of the contact to the employee.

•      Home Phone – The home phone number of the emergency contact.

•      Work Phone – The work phone number of the emergency contact.

•      Address – The address of the emergency contact.
