Overview

The License page tracks employee driver’s and other licenses that are a required as part of an employee’s job duties.  In particular it may be very important to know when critical licenses may be expiring so that the employee can receive reminders or assistance renewing the necessary licenses.  The standard License Report built into the system can be configured easily to show expiring licenses for any time period.

 

 

Fields

      License Type – The type of license, the choices for the License Type can be configured from the Company Misc Choices page.

      State – The state in which the license was issued.

      License # - The license number.

      Issue Date – The date the license was issued.

      Expiration Date – The date the license expires.

      Notes – Notes relevant to this license may be entered here.

      MVR Date – The date that the employee’s driving record was pulled (for driver’s licenses only).

      MVR Result – The results of pulling the employee’s driving records such as Clean or 3 points.

      Insurance Co. – The name of the insurance company insuring the employee’s automobile.

      Policy # - The policy number of this employee’s automobile insurance policy.

      Policy Eff. Date – The date that this employee’s insurance coverage started.

      Policy Exp Date – The date that this employee’s insurance coverage expires.

      Vehicle Desc. – The make, model and color of the employee’s automobile.

      License Plate # - The employee’s license plate number.

      Lic Plate State – The state in which the employee’s license plate was issued.
