This page contains information regarding the employee’s accruals/time off.
• Accrual Code – The accrual code for this time off record.
• Start Date – The date on which time off began or will begin. If left blank, this date will default to today's date.
• End Date – The date on which time off ended or will end. If left blank, this date will default to 12/31/2100 (forever).
• LOS Date – The date to which an employee's length of service is calculated. If left blank, the employee's hire date will be used instead.
• Last Accrue Date – Displays the date of the last time off accrual earning or clearing. The system uses this date to determine when the next time to accrue hours will be based on the accrual setup's frequency.
• Available Hours – The number of hours the employee has available for this time off record.
• Available Dollars – The dollar amount the employee has available for this time off record (for dollar-based accruals only).
• Used Hours – The number of hours used for this time off record.
• Used Dollars – The dollar amount used for this time off record (for dollar-based accruals only).
• Rate – For frequency-based accruals only, check this box if you want to override the number of hours to accrue each time, then enter the rate at which the accrual should accrue in the box below (enter zero if you want to stop the accrual from accruing).
• Hours – For hourly-based accruals only, check this box if you want to override the number of hours to use in the accrual calculation, then enter the number of hours to use in the accrual calculation (enter zero if you want to stop the accrual from accruing).
• Amount – For dollar-based accruals only, check this box if you want to override the amount to accrue, then enter the override accrual amount (enter zero if you want to stop the accrual from accruing).
• Carry Over Maximum – The maximum number of hours the employee may carry over into the next accrual year.
• Accrual Maximum – The override maximum number of hours an employee may accrue in an accrual period. Depending on the company configuration, this could also indicate the override maximum balance of the accrual.
