• Description – The type of skill the employee has. The choices for Skill Description can be configured from the Company Misc Choices page.
• Proficiency – The level of proficiency the employee has in this skill, the choices for Skill Proficiency can be configured from the Company Misc Choices page.
• Skill Date – The date that the employee first learned this skill.
• Place Learned – Where the employee learned the skill, the choices for Place Learned can be configured from the Company Misc Choices page.
• Years of Experience – The number of years of experience the employee has in this skill.
