Training

Overview

The Training page tracks the training that an employee has received that may be relevant to his or her job.  The page allows the company to keep track of required trainings that the employee must repeat as well as one time training sessions.

 

Fields

      Description – A description of the training item.  The training descriptions can be customized from the Company Misc Choices page.

      Level – The level of the training course.

      Status – The status of the training item.  These can be configured from the Company Misc Choices page.

      Company Paid – The amount that the company paid for the training course.

      Employee Paid – The amount that the employee paid out of pocket for the training course.

      Lic/Certificate Number – The License, Certificate or other ID number issued to the employee as a result of this training.

      Start Date – The date that the training started.

      End Date – The date that the training ended.

      Expiration Date – The date that this training will expire.

      Renewal Date – The date that this training was or needs to be renewed.

      Notification Date – The date that the employee was notified about an upcoming training or needed renewal.

      Supervisor/Manager Name – The name of the employee’s supervisor or manager.

      Notes – A textual description or any relevant notes for this training item.
